Announcement of the base date for confirmation of shareholders at the 8th regular general meeting of shareholders

In accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 16 of our company's Articles of Incorporation, voting rights are granted to shareholders listed in the shareholder register as of December 31, 2023 to convene the 8th regular general meeting of shareholders.

(The dividend base date for the 2023 fiscal year will be announced separately through a later resolution by the board of directors.)

2. Suspension period for transfer of title (closed period for shareholder list): -
